At LaCole’s Place, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Please read our policy below:

Replacements/Exchange, Returns & Refunds
We offer free replacements or refunds in the following cases:

- Your item arrives damaged or defective

- You receive the wrong item

- Your order is lost in transit

If any of these apply, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at lacolepl2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

🚫 Items We Do Not Accept for Return or Exchange 
Items that are made to order will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange. Also, items the customer wants to exchange, return or receive refund due to size. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
